Wave of bits

The wave of bits is an explosive growth in the bitcoin tipping industry, chiefly on Reddit and Twitter (#waveofbits) via ChangeTip. It began around November 6, 2014[1] and continued for several weeks. As a result the ChangeTip and Bitcoin subreddits appreciated significantly as thousands of new interested users investigated.[2]
