Chinese translation

Hi, it seems you have tried to add chinese content, however it is not the right way to do that. Would you confirm you want to work on a chinese wiki? If so we can create zh-tw (I guess that's the corresponding POSIX language for zh-hans) version. Would that be OK with you?
