Moderation Policy
Generally, edits to your own talk pages are approved as long as they don't contain links to malware/scams/phishing, requests to send money to your bitcoin address and so on.
Example of an edit that will be rejected (and will cause you to be marked as a spammer):

However, if it is only an address for donations, as long as you have other profile information and a description about yourself, it is fine.
Edits to other pages are usually approved unless they are spammy in nature.
