Betcoiner was a bitcoin prediction market for real-world event statements. Example markets included weather outcomes and bitcoin price thresholds. Users could also submit new statements.

Overview

Moderators decided statement outcomes. Unclear outcomes were reversed with no commission. Losing stakes were split 95% to winners, with a 4% site commission and a 1% author reward. The site did not take a fee from the winning side's stakes.
