BL3P was Bitonic's Dutch bitcoin order-book exchange at bl3p.eu. It ran from 4 April 2016 until trading halted on 20 December 2024. Remaining customers were directed onto Bitonic accounts as part of Bitonic's MiCAR transition.[1][2]
History
Bitonic (formerly iDealCoin, registered May 2012) built BL3P as its order-book venue. Development was described from about 2013. Dutch availability began on 4 April 2016. Broader European availability followed on 18 May 2017.
Closure and migration to Bitonic
Bitonic announced that BL3P trading would stop by 20 December 2024, with balances moving to Bitonic. A follow-up notice marked the final day of BL3P and the start of migration.[1][2]
Bitonic later announced that as of 4 May 2026 the BL3P website was permanently taken offline, including history view. The notice was published on 28 April 2026. See Bitonic for the continuing Dutch service.[3]

BL3P offered a EUR/BTC order book with Dutch and EU payment rails such as iDEAL and SEPA while it operated.
