Poolin (Poolin Technology PTE. LTD) was a bitcoin mining pool and related hosting business. It is not a going-concern pool.
In September 2022 Poolin froze customer wallet and pool-account withdrawals amid a liquidity crisis and later issued IOUs to affected holders; recovery percentages for those IOUs are not asserted here pending primary bankruptcy filings.[1][2]
Texas Lonestar mining operations associated with the debtors ceased on 10 July 2026. On 22 July 2026 Poolin Technology PTE. LTD, together with affiliates Lonestar Dream Inc. and Lonestar Taproot LLC, filed Chapter 11 petitions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Case No. 26-18325 and related affiliate cases).[3][4][5] Any later use of the historical domain does not restore the original pool operator.
