Public listing
On 11 September 2025 Gemini announced pricing of an initial public offering of Class A common stock at $28.00 per share. Class A shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker GEMI on 12 September 2025. The company announced closing of the offering, including full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, on 15 September 2025.[2][1]
