Ebang International Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: EBON) is the company named in the Form 6-K exhibit that reported results for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025. The exhibit is a results release dated 24 April 2026. It describes a manufacturer with blockchain and fintech activity, and a renewable-energy business in Australia.[1]

An older stub on this title described Zhejiang Ebang Communication in Hangzhou and an Ebit miner brand, and it spelled a chairman as Hu Dong. The FY2025 exhibit does not restate a Hangzhou plant or an Ebit brand. It does name Dong Hu as chairman and chief executive officer. The spelling used here follows the filing.

Results for the year ended 31 December 2025

The exhibit states:

Item Fiscal year 2025 Comparison in the same exhibit
Net revenue US$6.5 million Up 11.4 percent from US$5.9 million in fiscal 2024
Gross profit US$0.4 million Gross profit of US$1.2 million in fiscal 2024
Net loss US$14.2 million Net loss of US$20.9 million in fiscal 2024

The exhibit gives two reasons for the revenue change. One is the renewable-energy business acquired in November 2024, which increased renewable-energy product revenue. The other is rental income from idle office space. It then says that, other than those items, all other businesses have been relatively stable. The word bitcoin does not appear in the exhibit.[1]

Dong Hu's quoted remarks in the same release talk about a "progress amid stability" approach, existing businesses held steady, and exploration of electrical power equipment and soft magnetic materials.

Business description

The about section says the company has years of manufacturing experience and expertise in blockchain technology and fintech, and that it has treated itself as a participant in those fields. It says fintech service platforms have been recognised in the market. It says the company expanded into the renewable energy sector in Australia in November 2024. It says that, looking ahead, the company will continue to focus on the renewable-energy business and will look at related businesses, while adapting to demand.
