CloudHashing was a company that sold bitcoin mining contracts, founded by Emmanuel Abiodun, with Icelandic mining operations described in contemporary coverage.[1]
PeerNova merger
On 2 May 2014 CloudHashing merged with HighBitcoin to form PeerNova. Under that structure PeerNova was to offer enterprise mining-infrastructure services while CloudHashing continued as a consumer brand selling mining contracts, using HighBitcoin ASIC technology exclusively going forward, according to Abiodun. Atiq Raza was named chairman in that announcement.[2]
