24change was a Bitcoin exchange service announced on 2 May 2013 in a Russian-language BitcoinTalk thread. An English-language thread later advertised support for Bitcoin, Paymer, BTC-e codes, Perfect Money, OKPay, PayPal and C-GOLD.[1][2]
In 2014, BitcoinTalk users posted scam warnings and complaints about the service.[3][4]
