"Covenants support" edits

The Bitcoin developers would like to limit additions to the Covenants support page to only credible developers, so please leave edits on that page in the moderation queue for developers 1440000bytes and ReardenCode to approve or reject.

Also, I apologize for not properly explaining/announcing the Moderation feature to you or anyone yet. It was just added a month or two ago, and I plan to write some proper guidelines etc. on it as soon as I get a chance.
