Talk:Javascript cryptography
I take issue with a lot of this. I think there is no reason that javascript should be seen as a bad language for cryptography. The reasoning here is quite weak. All modern browsers come with secure encryption functions that can and have been used to create secure cryptographic functions and tools using javascript. Also, node.js has an enormous amount of well vetted code, including in the space of cryptography. Its a little bit absurd so say that because some people wrote bad cryptographic functions in javascript, no one should ever use cryptography in javascript.
