Universal Bitcoin

This concept is designed with N goals:
- Unified standard Bitcoin unit for all radices (UBC)
- UBC divisible by 2 fractional places in all standard radices
- UBC divisible by common fractions (half, third, quarter, fifth, sixth, eighth, and ninth)
Other Benefits:
- Integer values remain an integer in any radix
Significant flaws:
- No standard radix can exactly represent the Satoshi (raw bitcoin unit)
- It is impossible to detect what radix is intended for most given values
