The April 2013 bubble, commonly called simply the April bubble, was a rally, all-time high and subsequent crash of the bitcoin exchange rate that occurred in April 2013. The bubble resulted in a momentary all-time high of $266 USD per bitcoin on Mt. Gox before a swift correction.
