== Removal of Freenode links ==
I removed the Freenode links, and left a brief explanation (the Freenode nickserv and chanserv databases were dropped today, so it's no longer safe to send people there; there's no way to know what they're getting.)
I did that by editing the "Freenode IRC" template page, for simplicity. But if someone reputable in fact decides to re-register one of these channels on the Freenode side, I definitely have no objection to them adding a live link back, by splitting the template in two or just removing the template from all the other channels.
(Please do NOT re-link the channels on the Freenode side merely because they exist again, unless YOU or someone personally known and trusted to you / the community definitely has control of them.)
