* It's a shame the incumbent centralised exchanges hold such a strong position based purely on their size. That will continue if newer, more innovative exchanges aren't allowed to be promoted on sites like this. It's a chicken-and-egg situation. CoinTouch will always lag the big guys if sites like this don't share it. Removed some CoinTouch stuff

- It's a shame the incumbent centralised exchanges hold such a strong position based purely on their size. That will continue if newer, more innovative exchanges aren't allowed to be promoted on sites like this. It's a chicken-and-egg situation.
