Coins.ph is a Philippines-based digital asset exchange and payment platform founded in 2013.[1] It allows users to buy, sell, and use Bitcoin[2] and other cryptocurrencies, and also supports cross-border remittances into and out of the Philippines using blockchain rails. The platform operates as a licensed virtual currency exchange regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.[3] It takes as a mission to improve lives of millions through Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
Ownership & Leadership
In April 2022, Coins.ph was acquired by Joffre Capital and Wei Zhou.[4] Since then, Ding’an Fei has served as Chairman of the platform.[5] Wei Zhou has served as CEO of Coins.ph.[6]
