Permittor
If new Bitcoin Wiki users are not in the Editors group, then their edits are held back for review by a Permittor. A number of new users have joined so that they can edit Covenants support. These edits require review, and since you created the page, I made you a Permittor. I will consider you to have primary responsibility for approving/rejecting edits on that page.
Edits held for review are listed at Special:Moderation. If edits conflict, then you will have to manually merge the edits into the page. You can also make people an Editor (exempting them from future need for review) at Special:UserRights.
