Proposal for an updated, more feature-full 'sendcoins/sendmany' command.

This command requires a confirmation or else it will be forgotten on the next NewSendCoins request.

Request newsendcoins <send list{Address, Amount}>, <fee> (optional)

Reply newsendcoins <status:good|warning|error>, <in list{Private Key, Amount}>, <out list{Address or Private Key, Amount}>, <fee>, <error/warning text>, <tx id>

Confirmation newsendcoins <tx id>, <confirm, reject>
