| Bithive uses a proportional sharing, which means that you are rewarded based on your contribution to finding a block.

| For example, if there were only two people in the pool both mining at 500 Mh/s, each would be rewarded approximately 25 BTC per block.

| If one of them was mining at 1 Gh/s, that person would receive ~33.3 bitcoins (66.6%) and the other person would receive 16.7 bitcoins,
