Bitp.it pays out after a found block has 120 confirmation, and payouts are purely proportional. The pool is 100% free, charging no fee to it's members.

Bitp.it (pronounced bit pit) is a Bitcoin mining pool where member can work together to solve blocks.

First launched June 12th, 2011, bitp.it is the only known mining pool to utilize a backend other than pushpool. Bitp.it chose to forgo the conventional route of pushpool due to it's numerous bugs and lack of scalability.
