Removed some CoinTouch stuff
Regarding your removal of CoinTouch from several pages - I understand your action, but it's a shame the incumbent centralised exchanges hold such a strong position based purely on their size / prominence. That will continue if newer, more innovative exchanges aren't allowed to be promoted on sites like this. It's a chicken-and-egg situation.
