Hey, thanks for adding servers to the July Forks list! I wanted to expand on my comment when undoing your recent change: the BIP66 logic was added after some versions of Bitcoin Core were already running as 0.10.99, so 0.10.99 is not (by itself) a safe version. If you can find out what commit the server was built on, anything build on or after commit 41e6e4caba9899ce7c165b0784461c55c867ee24 should be safe.
