A exchange site where bitcoins may be bought using cash transfer methods UKash (EUR), PaySafeCard (EUR), Neosurf (EUR), HalCash (EUR), and Teleingreso (EUR).

The price at which the bitcoins are bought is relative to the BTC/EUR market rate at the leading exchange.

There may be restrictions when attempting to redeem UKash (EUR) vouchers from one country with a merchant in another. This includes Germany[1], some vouchers from Brazil and possibly elsewhere as well.
