Formerly an exchange for buying and selling Liberty Reserve digital currency.

With an account on Liberty2Reserve, deposit can be made to the ICICI or Kotak Mahindra Bank in India.

This exchange appears to be fairly new, so caution might be warranted. This Bitcoin forum post might have further information.
