Austria’s Financial Market Authority (FMA) reported that Bitpanda GmbH (Commercial Register FN 569240v) was granted authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider under Article 63 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR) by administrative decision dated 9 April 2025. The FMA states that the company is authorised to provide:<br />
